Failure Analysis Engineers

To be successful for this Failure Analysis Engineer role based in AOK, China you will have to:

-Have a practical electronics experience ( fault finding down to component level, soldering, prototyping etc. - at least 3 years)
-Posses strong technician/mechanical knowledge
-Have demonstrable problem solving capacity
-Be able to follow circuit diagrams
-Have equivalent qualification to UK HND/HNC
-Have demonstrable Failure Analysis experience

TIM R&D Engineer

The thermal engineer is responsible for advanced thermal analysis of system level and sub system level electronic components in the design and development of SSD solutions in mission critical environments.

In this highly technical and hands-on role, essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Conduct thermal simulation analysis and provide recommendations to design engineers to achieve design optimizations & risk reductions
• Develop simulation and experimental approach to evaluate the thermal performance of SSD solutions in mission critical environments
• Establish correlation between simulation and experimental data to ensure high level of confidence in determining optimum design approach
• Provide innovative thermal and mechanical cooling solutions and architectural designs for the next generation SSD solutions
